The AASAP is an automated assembly system for complete filling of aerosol products. If performs automated filling, crimping and gasing with reliable and consistent production output. Design and fabricated using the state of the art of Computer Aided Design / Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) approach, the system serves to assemble various sie of aerosol products. The system is built with reliable mechanical components which is controlled by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Other than using ozone friendly Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) as propellent, the pneumatic system used makes the whole system safer.
